Responsibilities

Act as a pivotal expert in achieving platform objectives that align with partner results, working in close partnership with business and technical leadership to reach significant milestones
Leverage AI tools to rapidly prototype solutions, automate complex workflows, and extend the capabilities of our platform beyond traditional configuration
Navigate with vision and autonomy, identifying enhancements to our platform and processes through comprehensive analysis. You will design and manage experiments, transitioning from concept to impactful outcomes with minimal supervision
Advocate for stakeholder needs, spearheading the launch of new features and pilot initiatives, organizing training sessions, and leading the development of testing protocols to meet business requirements
Shape and refine our platform's roadmap, engaging with a diverse group of stakeholders to introduce and expand new functionalities, thus improving our operational framework
Drive business performance, by managing our platform throughout the entire lifecycle from ideation, to configuration, and maintenance

Required

4-6 years of experience in analytics on a fast-paced data, product, or business operations team
Ability to manage shifting priorities and diverse challenges in dynamic environments
Experience in operational focus areas such as contact centers, customer/supply acquisition, or delivery marketplaces
Demonstrated ability to prioritize efficiently amidst competing demands, formulating scalable and precise solutions
Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and with partners
Independence in identifying priorities and pursuing them with minimal guidance
Advanced SQL skills and the ability to use AI tools to rapidly build, debug, and optimize queries and scripts
Strong Excel skills and the ability to manipulate, clean, and present data outside of a data warehouse
Comfort using AI/LLMs as a force multiplier for engineering-level work
Intermediate Python skills and the capacity to strategically choose between a suite of data tools (SQL, Python, Excel, etc.)

Preferred

Familiarity with sales, marketing, and contact center technology like Salesforce, Regal, Sendgrid, or Five9
