Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain software applications using one or more of the following technologies: Kotlin, Rust, JavaScript, Java, C#, or C++
Design and implement mobile network solutions for edge computing environments
Work with Layer 3 and Layer 4 network protocols, including but not limited to Multicast, TCP, UDP, QUIC, and NORM
Optimize mobile network performance to ensure reliability and security in varying operational environments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software on schedule
Troubleshoot and resolve complex software and mobile network issues
Ensure mobile network solutions comply with security and performance standards

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience
5+ years' experience in software development using Kotlin, Rust, JavaScript, Java, C#, or C++
Strong understanding of mobile network engineering principles and applications
Proficiency with Layer 3 and Layer 4 network protocols (Multicast, TCP, UDP, QUIC, NORM, etc.)
Experience with TrellisWare technologies is highly desirable
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
U.S. Citizenship required due to security clearance requirements
Active Secret clearance required

Preferred

Previous experience working on military or government contracts
Knowledge of secure coding practices and cybersecurity principles
Familiarity with mobile network technologies (e.g., 4G, 5G, LTE, MANET)
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
