Responsibilities

Lead the Water Resources Division within the Environmental Services Department
Oversee both the Municipal Water System (MWS) and South Bay Water Recycling (SBWR)
Ensure efficient operations, maintenance, regulatory compliance, engineering, and long-term planning for the city’s drinking and recycled water utilities
Manage capital improvement projects (CIP) and an operating budget exceeding $70 million
Lead a senior leadership team that includes the Chief Water Operator, Principal Engineer, and Senior Environmental Program Manager
Develop rate models and advance infrastructure projects
Collaborate with policymakers and external agencies
