Senior Director of Customer Growth
MDaudit is a company that maximizes revenue for healthcare organizations across the country. They are seeking a Senior Director of Customer Growth who will be responsible for growing revenue by ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying new business opportunities, and managing multiple customer accounts.

Responsibilities
Develop and sustain solid relationships with key customers that bring in the most income for the company
Hit quarterly and annual Sales Quota
Build and maintain a sales pipeline to hit your sales quota
Accurately forecast utilizing Salesforce.com and Insight Square
Utilize and keep up to date Salesforce.com
Perform high level demos of MDaudit products
Work closely with the account teams assigned to each customer
Communicate and collaborate with the Marketing (and Advertising), Design, Sales, and Customer Experience departments to ensure that customers’ needs are met
Compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders
Develop a thorough understanding of customers' needs and requirements and prepare customized solutions
Negotiate contracts with key customers and meet established deadlines for the fulfillment of each customer's long-term goals
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in customer account management
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software
The ability to build rapport with key customers
The ability to handle multiple customer accounts
Strong negotiation and leadership skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent communication skill
Strong active listening skills and the ability to understand customers' business requirements to qualify and propose solution
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Focused, disciplined, and results oriented
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, sales, or related field or equivalent work experience
7+ years of sales experience in an Enterprise Sales, Upsell, or Customer Growth role
4 years of experience selling into a large healthcare system or healthcare technology setting
3 years of successful selling into large healthcare organizations and meeting or exceeding quota
Demonstrated ability to consistently sell against and beat sales quota
Preferred
Industry related professional affiliations preferred
Experience selling Revenue Cycle Management and/or Coding solutions
