This role is critical in ensuring that company systems remain secure, compliant, and efficiently managed.

Responsibilities
Manage, reset, and update passwords and credentials across key business tools (1Password, Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot, AWS, etc.)
Ensure all credentials are securely stored and rotated according to internal security protocols
Add, remove, and modify user access and permissions across various systems
Maintain appropriate access controls based on user roles and department needs
Respond to and resolve security-related support requests in a timely manner
Perform hands-on system changes as needed and escalate complex issues to the Security Director
Set up accounts for new employees and revoke access for departing team members in accordance with security policies
Ensure a smooth onboarding/offboarding experience while maintaining strict security compliance
Monitor systems for unusual or suspicious activity
Report and escalate potential security incidents to the Security Director
Maintain detailed logs and documentation of all access changes, credential updates, and security-related actions
Support internal audits and compliance checks by ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
Qualification

Ability to maintain security integrity across multiple platforms

A dual monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM)
Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
Preferred
IT administration, user access management, or related security operations
Authentication methods, account provisioning, and access control best practices
Managing systems such as Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot, AWS, or 1Password
Maintaining organized and detailed documentation
Handling sensitive data with confidentiality and professionalism
Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and escalation procedures
