Responsibilities
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand supply chain processes, pain points, and improvement areas
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
Perform detailed data analysis using SQL to support decision-making, identify trends, and validate business hypotheses
Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure smooth delivery of enhancements and new solutions
Use JIRA to manage user stories, sprint planning, and backlog prioritization
Support UAT and ensure deliverables meet business expectations
Generate and maintain reports and dashboards for supply chain KPIs
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure alignment
Qualification
Required
4–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Manufacturing domains
Strong working knowledge of Supply Chain processes (Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Fulfillment, Logistics, etc.)
Proficiency in SQL — ability to write complex queries for data extraction and analysis
Experience working with JIRA / Confluence for agile project management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
Knowledge of supply chain analytics, forecasting, or optimization projects
Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
