Responsibilities
Support the Real Estate Transactions & Finance practice
Engage in a wide range of transactions across industry sectors, including office, multi-family, hospitality, entertainment, retail, industrial, and mixed-use projects
Negotiate and draft mortgage loan documents, purchase and sale agreements, manage closing checklists, oversee closing documents, and other fundamental real estate transaction documents
Negotiate and draft commercial leases, joint ventures, construction, CC&Rs, REAs, Declarations and Easement Agreements
Qualification
Required
3–6 years of broad transactional real estate experience
Demonstrated experience with mortgage debt financing transactions (preferably borrower-side) and purchase/sale transactions
Excellent writing and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented, collaborative mindset
Strong problem-solving skills and confidence working independently
Bar membership in good standing in California
Preferred
Leasing and joint venture experience a plus
Experience negotiating and drafting commercial leases, joint ventures, construction, CC&Rs, REAs, Declarations and Easement Agreements being a plus
