Responsibilities

Designing and implementing scalable integration solutions using Workato (priority), APIs, and development expertise with Python while adhering to security and performance standards
Partnering with stakeholders in HR, Finance, Payroll, and other domains to gather integration requirements and provide innovative, consultative solutions
Owning integration projects end-to-end, collaborating with the Integration Architect and offshore teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of scalable workflows
Troubleshooting and optimizing integration workflows to enhance system performance, minimize downtime, and improve user experience
Creating and maintaining documentation for integration processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting knowledge transfer

Required

7+ years of experience in integration engineering or related domains
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Robust knowledge and operational experience with Workato
Strong proficiency in Python, API protocol standards like HTTP, REST, SOAP, and working with JSON/XML file structures
Experience with architectural patterns such as Queues and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker)

Preferred

Familiarity with architectural patterns such as Queues, FIFO, and containerization technologies like Docker/Kubernetes
Knowledge of Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, and cloud platforms like AWS
Professional experience with Boomi or other integration platforms
