Responsibilities

Own Starlink’s integration strategy with 3rd party networking vendors
Identify new technical integrations that support revenue growth and improve Enterprise user experience and be able to defend them internally
Collaborate with Starlink Marketing and 3rd party integration peers to develop joint value propositions and technical solution guides to enable customers, and internal sales/channel teams
Work closely with Starlink product engineering teams to onboard completed solutions into Starlink’s internal test environments
Support the technical sales engagements of the broader team, answering customer questions and RFIs during their evaluation of the product
Gather and document observed product gaps to support the product engineering team to iterate on and improve Starlink product offerings. This can range from feedback on Starlink service, user dashboards, APIs, and processes to improve customer adoption and experience
Work in partnership with our Marketing, Licensing, Government Affairs, Finance, Legal, and Product Engineering teams
Consult with product engineering on best practices, reference architectures, and technical guides demonstrating integration details and value proposition of Starlink
Represent Starlink at conferences and events

Required

Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline or 5+ years of professional working experience in lieu of a degree
5+ years of professional experience in technical sales
5+ years of professional hands-on experience building and deploying enterprise network infrastructure
Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed
Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time including to customer locations and other SpaceX locations
This position is based in Redmond, WA and requires being onsite when not traveling with customers
To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State

Preferred

Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong analytical skills in business and technical issues
Comfort with high degree of ambiguity and figuring out the solution with minimal support
Highly detail oriented, diligent, and hard working with excellent customer interface skills
Working proficiency in computer networking: Common IETF and 3GPP standards, Network monitoring with sFlow, RFC 2544, Y.1564, TWAMP, POLQA, TCP, IPv4, IPv6, LACP, VLAN, DSCP, COS, DHCP, DNS, NAT, OSFP and BGP, Tunneling methodologies including IPSEC, VXLAN, MPLS, and L2/L3VPNs, SD-WAN solutions, Linux networking and user-space network stack
Understanding of Enterprise, Service Provider and Cloud Provider network environments and solution offerings
Proficiency with at least one programming/scripting language
Experience working with cross-functional teams and external customers
