Responsibilities
Lead and optimize inbound programs across paid search, paid social, content marketing, CRO, and other digital channels
Build and scale efficient digital acquisition systems focused on sustainable pipeline growth
Develop and test new digital funnels, including LLM-powered and AI-assisted customer acquisition paths
Collaborate on messaging, creative, and audience segmentation to improve conversion and ROAS
Establish clear digital marketing KPIs and performance dashboards
Analyze campaign performance, share insights with company leadership, and translate findings into actionable strategies
Create repeatable frameworks and playbooks to extend proven programs across the portfolio
Qualification
Required
5–8 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, with deep expertise in paid media, SEM and SEO, and CRO
Proven ability to scale inbound channels that drive measurable pipeline and revenue
Hands-on proficiency with key digital platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, Tableau, GA4, HubSpot, etc.)
Data-driven mindset; adept at using analytics to test, learn, and optimize
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with content, product, and sales teams
Comfortable managing agency or vendor relationships to maximize performance
Strong communicator who can synthesize complex results for executive audiences
Curious, experimental operator who continuously tests new approaches and technologies
