Account Manager, Group Sales

Responsibilities
Prospect, generate, and qualify new B2B leads through outbound outreach (email, phone, social, networking, and events)
Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline by identifying potential group, corporate, and institutional customers
Drive prospects through the full sales cycle—from discovery and needs assessment to negotiation and close
Partner with marketing to build targeted outreach campaigns and nurture sequences that attract new business clients
Leverage CRM tools to track leads, manage opportunities, and optimize the sales funnel
Collaborate with vendors and internal partners to align product offerings and inventory availability with customer demand
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly B2B revenue and lead-generation goals
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining long-term, repeat business relationships
Contribute ideas to improve processes, outreach strategies, and B2B sales programs
Qualification
