Accountant - Grizzly

Real Estate
Responsibilities
Perform weekly billing process
Perform monthly substantiation reporting process
Set up and maintain customer job records
Post AR Deposits within S100 ERP system
Company Credit Card payment and report documentation
Coordinate and resolve tickets received at Grizzly Invoice Support Desk
Issue Credit Memo’s based on approved invoice corrections
Set up Vendors in S100 ERP system
Record Intercompany transactions
Perform various reconciliations for Accounts Receivable, inventory, PO Clearing, Prepaids and other general ledger accounts
Reconcile, process, and report monthly/quarterly/annual sales and business taxes
Qualification
Required
Associate or Bachelor degree in Accounting
One or more years of Accounting experience
Demonstrated Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
An ability to work with and solicit cooperation from individuals in a variety of roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A respect for confidential data and an ability to maintain that confidentiality
A sense of confidence in oneself, curiosity to learn and grow your understanding of our industry, and the willingness to advocate for improvements
Preferred
Inventory or Construction industry experience is a plus
ERP systems experience a plus (Sage100 or similar software)
