Responsibilities
Develop and maintain features in our StarLIMS v12 environment, with a focus on front-end/UI/UX enhancements
Write and optimize SQL queries for dashboards, reports, and system functionality
Collaborate with senior engineers, business analysts, and lab SMEs to translate user needs into technical solutions
Act as first-line support for production issues, triaging and resolving or escalating as needed
Participate in software validation and maintain documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Manage tasks and updates in Jira and Confluence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or related STEM field (required)
5+ years of professional experience in LIMS software development or enterprise systems support
Strong programming skills in HTML, JavaScript, and Python
Solid understanding of relational databases and ability to write/read SQL
Preferred
Master's Degree preferred
Experience with reporting tools like Crystal Reports or dashboard creation is a plus
Familiarity with LIMS systems or laboratory workflows is a bonus
