In this role, you’ll blend customer service, scheduling, and design advising to create excellent experiences for customers.

Responsibilities
Answer multi-line phones, schedule repair appointments, and process payments
Serve as the first point of contact for new garage door sales: guide customers through style and feature options, prepare estimates, and follow up to move projects forward
Welcome showroom visitors (5–10 per week) to review samples, colors, and designs
Accurately manage customer details, job notes, and payments in our system
Represent Entry Systems with polished communication, excellent phone etiquette, and a professional presence
Stay current on product knowledge and design trends (training provided)
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
5+ years of office experience in customer service, scheduling, or administrative support
Comfortable working in a professional office environment, handling phones, scheduling, and data entry daily
Organized, detail-oriented, and accurate with data entry and follow-ups
Professional and polished demeanor in person and on the phone
Proven ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
References required
Preferred
Experience in a showroom or other customer-facing sales environment
Background in home services, construction, or design-related industries
Familiarity with preparing quotes, estimates, or project proposals
