Responsibilities

Provide end-user support and system maintenance for CRM platforms
Deliver Salesforce enhancements and manage projects, from minor updates to large-scale implementations
Ensure quality and data integrity within operational CRM systems
Translate business requirements into functional applications
Oversee data governance, system administration, and management of installed packages
Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams to support system integrations
Focus on Sales and Service processes, coordinating with IT on enhancements, incidents, and supporting regression testing for global CRM initiatives

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, IT, Business Operations or related field
Minimum 2 years of professional experience
Minimum 2 years of Salesforce experience, with strong technical knowledge

Preferred

Master's degree
Salesforce Admin certification
Experience of working in CRM, ERP and Business Applications
Experience working in an Agile Development environment
