Responsibilities
Initiate, coordinate and report quality related data using testing, production and field services activities
Create and review reports
Will be responsible to identify problems as well as initiate improvement
Recommend new or modified reporting methods and procedures to improve report content and completeness of information
Department contact with customers and sales representatives
Any additional duties required to meet department goals
Qualification
Required
Minimum two years experience with quality processes, customer service or accounting background preferred
Good knowledge with formulas, percentages and/or mathematical calculations
In depth experience with Lotus 1-2-3, Excel creating spreadsheets and Microsoft applications
Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal required
Willing to work overtime including weekends when necessary

Knowledge of carpet manufacturing processes preferred
