Responsibilities
Build and enhance AI oncall agents to automate diagnostics, anomaly detection, and root cause analysis
Prototype multi-agent collaboration workflows that can coordinate across different infrastructure domains
Design and codify processes and playbooks for global teams, evolving them into automated workflows
Analyze incident and operational data to identify recurring patterns and opportunities for AI-driven automation
Document findings and present outcomes to cross-functional engineering and product teams
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Master's or advanced undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or related field
Strong programming skills in Python, Golang, or similar languages
Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer 2026
Preferred
Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., LangChain, RAG systems, or multi-agent orchestration) is a plus
Understanding of distributed systems, networking, or observability concepts
Analytical mindset with a passion for simplifying complex system operations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
