Partnership Development Coordinator
High Performance Academy (HPA) is on a mission to empower individuals to unlock their full potential through after-school and enrichment programs. The Partnership Development Coordinator will build and nurture relationships with schools, districts, and community organizations to expand HPA's impact and ensure strategic partnerships are set up for success.

Responsibilities
Build and Maintain Partnerships: Develop trusted relationships with district leaders, school administrators, and community partners
Identify New Opportunities: Research school districts, charter networks, and funding sources to expand HPA’s reach
Conduct Strategic Outreach: Engage decision-makers through calls, email, LinkedIn, and events to introduce HPA’s mission and programs
Represent HPA in the Community: Attend events, conferences, and school site visits to showcase HPA’s impact and strengthen partnerships
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Marketing to craft outreach campaigns and with Program Operations to ensure smooth partnership activations
Manage the Pipeline: Use CRM tools (HubSpot or Salesforce) to track leads, outreach activity, and partnership conversions
Provide Market Insights: Stay informed on district budgets, RFPs, and trends in education funding (such as ELO-P) to inform strategy
Support New Initiatives: Assist in launching new programs and pilot sites, ensuring partnerships are executed with excellence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, outreach, or client relations
Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
A relationship-builder who connects easily with educators, administrators, and partners
A strategic communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
A driven and organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, hybrid environment
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and communication tools, HubSpot preferred
Passionate about youth programs, equity in education, and mission-driven work
Able to travel regularly within California for meetings, events, and site visits
Preferred
Familiarity with public education systems and district funding models (ELO-P, ASES, etc.) is a plus
