Research Scholar (Postdoctoral Fellowship)

Drive an original research agenda

Collaborate with investigators and participate in didactic sessions

Qualification

Required

Doctoral degree in epidemiology, statistical genetics, bioinformatics, biostatistics, computer science, data science or similar quantitative field
Experience in bioinformatics, big data, genetic epidemiology, prognostic models, and machine learning
Ability to work on large-scale datasets
Skills to drive an original research agenda
Willingness to collaborate with investigators and participate in didactic sessions
Completion of SFVA onboarding process
Completion of federal background check, occupational health clearance, vaccines and immunizations, and drug testing
Submission of a letter of interest detailing research experience, interests, and career goals
Submission of a CV
Submission of 3 letters of recommendation
