Responsibilities
Jump into an intensive onboarding experience focused on strategic frameworks, client business challenges, and how AI and technology can enable our teams to drive measurable impact
From day one, you’ll work on real business problems - collaborating with strategy, media, creative, and data teams to shape client success
You’ll gain exposure to how PMG teams operate to identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve internal workflows - building and testing prototypes using tools like Zapier, N8n, Make, Airtable, or Notion API
You’ll collaborate with PMG’s tech and business teams to refine and scale successful builds
Qualification
Required
Completed a Bachelor's or Master's Degree between Spring 2025 to Fall 2025 in Business, Marketing, Communication, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field
You like solving problems by creating something that works
You're naturally curious about how systems connect and data flows between them. You're Familiar with (or eager to learn) automation and low-code tools
Able to translate complex business and marketing needs into simple, working prototypes
Motivated by progress over perfection - you'd rather ship, learn and continuously iterate
Excited by how automation and AI are reshaping the macro landscape
Excited by the idea of working in a small, hands-on team with real organizational impact
Preferred
Brings a technical, process-driven approach to improving systems and workflows
Applies Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen methods to drive continuous improvement and efficiency
