The Practice Assistant will support the Corporate & Securities Practice Group by managing legal documents, calendars, and cases while providing billing support and gaining mentorship in a fast-paced environment.

Required

A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a professional services firm or organization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new software
Ability to handle multiple projects with changing priorities while working independently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work overtime, evenings, and weekends, as needed
Possess excellent spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills
Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
A bachelor's degree is required

Preferred

A secretarial certification or ABA-approved paralegal certification
Some proficiency in Windows 10, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Zoom, and Teams
Experience working with a document management system, a plus
