Responsibilities
Lead the development and production releases of robust web application systems and intuitive solutions for our Right Payer Solutions product lines
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality development efforts; monitor and adjust plans to meet objectives
Oversee and guide development efforts leveraging C#.NET, SQL Server, Angular, and future development in Rust, Java, or Scala to ensure adherence to best practices and architectural standards
Collaborate effectively with data science and machine learning engineering teams to integrate models and analytics into production systems
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operations and prioritize technology solutions
Champion business process automation and continuous improvement
Foster strategic relationships with senior stakeholders
Apply retrospective insights to improve team performance and delivery velocity
Build self-sufficient Agile teams and support individual development through targeted growth plans
Perform code reviews from team to determine employee productivity
Qualification
Required
3+ years of combined technical leadership and engineering management experience of high-performing teams
8+ years of production application development, backend services experience, and developing API's/micro-services at scale
Proficiency with C#.NET, SQL Server, and Angular, including the ability to evaluate technical solutions and mentor team members in these technologies
Proficiency in one or more backend languages: Python, Rust, Java, or Go
Experience working alongside data science or machine learning engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, including deployment and scalability best practices
Proven project management skills within Agile and Scrum environments
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication abilities
Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders
Strong facilitation, time management, and prioritization skills
Adaptability in fast-paced and evolving environments
Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field
