Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and shop drawings
Cut, shape, assemble, and weld materials using hand and power tools
Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Installers to meet production goals
Troubleshoot fabrication challenges while following safety standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Deliver fabricated products that meet project specifications and quality standards
Complete assigned tasks within scheduled production timelines with minimal errors or rework
Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols with zero workplace incidents
Keep work areas organized, clean, and compliant with company safety standards
Communicate effectively with project partners to resolve fabrication challenges promptly
Qualification
Required
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and shop drawings
Cut, shape, assemble, and weld materials using hand and power tools
Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Installers to meet production goals
Troubleshoot fabrication challenges while following safety standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
3+ years of fabrication, welding, or metalworking experience
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Familiarity with Barrisol, FabriTrak, or Shade installation is a plus
