They are looking for a CAD Technician to support the Survey group, responsible for communication with team members and clients, reviewing field notes, and preparing maps using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Responsibilities
Communicate proactively and appropriately with team members, permitting agencies, clients, sub-consultants, and others as needed
Act as a team player, fulfilling your own responsibilities and supporting others as needed to help the team meet deadlines and complete tasks
Understand legal descriptions terminology
Review field notes and raw data files for mistakes
Reduce field notes and perform necessary office calculations
Ensure that field procedures meet Florida Standards of Practice
Prepare maps using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other associated survey module
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Current or prior experience with Auto Cad and Civil 3D
Current or prior experience with technical drafting in the land surveying fields
Knowledge of the standards of practice applied to data manipulation and mapping production
Knowledge of the following types of surveys: As-Built, ALTA/NSPS, Boundary, Construction layout, Control, Right-of-Way, Specific Purpose, Topographic
