Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and report sustainability data (e.g., energy use, waste, water, greenhouse gas emissions) across operations and supply chain
Support ESG reporting efforts including CDP, EcoVadis, IFRS, and annual sustainability reports
Assist with packaging Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) reporting and compliance across relevant jurisdictions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for environmental impact reduction
Support compliance and proactive strategy development related to sustainability and packaging regulations
Assist in lifecycle assessments (LCAs) and product sustainability evaluations
Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate sustainability performance
Support internal education and engagement initiatives related to sustainability
Any other responsibilities as assigned periodically
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or related field
2+ years of experience in sustainability, ESG reporting, or environmental data analysis
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
Familiarity with sustainability frameworks (e.g., GHG Protocol, GRI, IFRS)
Excellent communication and project management skills
Passion for sustainability and continuous improvement
Preferred
Experience in manufacturing or consumer goods industry
Knowledge of packaging sustainability and circular economy principles
