EnDyna Inc is looking for a Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead and grow their federal cybersecurity practice. This strategic role involves managing cybersecurity projects, developing business strategies, and overseeing product development, while ensuring compliance with federal regulations.

Responsibilities

Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity projects for federal agencies

Manage scope, resources, schedules, and risk for projects

Ensure projects meet NIST/FISMA/FedRAMP/CMMC compliance and quality standards

Define and execute the cybersecurity growth strategy for the federal sector

Build trusted relationships with agency stakeholders, primes, and technology partners

Identify and capture new business opportunities; develop proposals and bids

Represent the firm at industry events and federal cybersecurity forums

Lead development of cybersecurity software products (including ML/AI-based solutions)

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align with customer needs

Stay ahead of emerging threats and technologies to shape innovation and market positioning
