They are seeking a Coffee Packaging and Production Team Member to grind, flavor, and pack coffees, as well as maintain a clean and safe work area.
Responsibilities
Grind, flavor, and pack coffees in a variety of formats to order
Picking coffee and related items for invoices
Learn various blends and grind specifications for customer orders
Learn to use equipment to produce and package orders
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Qualification
Required
A desire to learn about coffee including roasting, brewing techniques, flavor formulation, blending, and packaging
A strong work ethic
Good verbal communication skills
Basic math skills
The ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for 8-10 hours
The ability to legally work in the U.S
