Responsibilities
The employee will attend introductory training sessions at this level, including Hazmat OSHA and Basic CETP Principals
Work alongside technicians in the field, assisting with equipment service, piping installations, and heating and cooling equipment installs
Learn how to perform safety checks, leak and pressure tests, and appliance servicing
Installation, maintenance, and service of oil/natural gas/propane/electric appliances
Operating a crane and dolly to maneuver tanks
Inspecting and repairing equipment at customer sites
Performing duties safely and efficiently, conforming to federal, state, and local guidelines and codes
Additional responsibilities include warehouse/inventory support as needed
The ability to lift or move objects of heavyweight
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather and driving conditions
Qualification
Required
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Experience with hand tools, electrical, plumbing, general maintenance, or carpentry
Ability to get CDL, Hazmat, and Tanker
Preferred
Technical School for HVAC or Propane
A desire and motivation to learn and grow to expand fieldwork skills
A clean, safe, and responsible driving history
A Commercial Drivers' License is preferred
Proficient verbal and written communication skills
Must be enthusiastic, committed, proactive, resourceful, and a team player
Must have strong interpersonal skills, ensuring each customer interaction is positive
