Retail

Responsibilities

Learn the day-to-day operations of our store
Providing excellent customer service at all times
Loading/unloading plants/merchandise
Cashiering
Opening & closing the store
Maintaining store Purchase Orders
Stocking/pricing merchandise
Keeping accurate inventory levels at all times
Assisting customers with purchases
Answering any questions that customers may have
Following all safety procedures
Maintaining a clean & organized work environment

Qualification

Retail management experienceCash handling skillsInventory ManagementCustomer service skillsComputer literateGreenhouse knowledgeMulti-tasking abilityOrganizational skills

Required

Must be 18 years of age or older
Retail management/key holder experience required
Cash handling skills
Experience with Inventory Management
Excellent customer service skills
Computer literate

Preferred

Greenhouse/plant knowledge a plus
Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
