Consumer Services

Responsibilities

Greets and interacts with clients

Consults with clients to understand their needs and preferences related to products and services

Provide accurate technical and sales services, including water testing and chemical equipment solutions

Retrieves merchandise from the sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations; places special orders

Collects payment using the store point of sale system and processes returns and exchanges

Maintain a clean retail environment, including merchandise displays and adhering to OSHA policies & procedures

Participate in stock management activities

Promote Poolwerx home services

Qualification

Retail experienceVerbal communicationWritten communicationActive listening

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to work various hours including weekends and some holidays

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent active listening skills
