Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain electrical components of industrial equipment
Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on time
Follow all safety procedures and adhere to electrical codes
Interpret schematics and technical documents accurately
Conduct quality assurance checks and inspections
Maintain administrative processes, including torque sheets, 5S, and tool tracking
Promote a "Safety First" culture by leading through example and conducting safety audits
Run pipe, bend conduit, and set up wiring trays
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Completion of an apprenticeship program or journeyman-level experience
Knowledge of relevant electrical codes and regulations
Ability to read schematics and technical documents
Skilled in conduit bending and large cable installation
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work on ladders, and perform standing, bending, kneeling, and walking for extended periods
Preferred
Associate degree or trade school certification preferred
Industrial electrical experience strongly preferred; commercial experience accepted (residential does not apply)
OSHA10 and/or OSHA30 certification
