Construction
Responsibilities
Demo, repair, and/or rebuild damaged properties
Respond to emergencies, resolve issues
Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained, tracked, and available on-site for projects
Maintain safe worksite
Participation in on-call, nights, & weekends, as needed
Dispatch for out of area storm events, as needed
Assist in fire, mold, water damage remediation as needed
Maintain trailers & clean job-site
Safe vehicle operation, 40-50+ hours/week
Qualification
Required
5+ years residential & commercial remodeling experience
Must be able to read and write fluently in English
High school diploma or GED equivalent (certifications in mitigation or related fields are a plus)
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation
Applicants must be reliable, customer-oriented, and willing to be part of a team
MUST BE WILLING TO UNDERGO BACKGROUND CHECK
Preferred
Restoration Industry experience preferred
Prior experience in mitigation, restoration, or a related field is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate
