Responsibilities

Draft Letters of Intent, listing agreements, addenda, and client reports

Support due diligence, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documents

Edit and proof marketing packages to ensure accuracy of property information, financials, and presentation

Accompany clients on property tours, highlighting key features and opportunities

Assist in preparing and presenting Broker Opinions of Value (BOVs) and client-facing analyses

Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Analyze, underwrite, and forecast property cash flows and valuations using templates and modeling software

Update and maintain rent and sales comparables using industry data sources

Input, track, and report on business performance metrics and trends

Maintain accurate data across company databases

Coordinate marketing campaigns and provide weekly performance reports

Ensure compliance with state real estate laws nationwide

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, or related field

1–3 years of relevant professional experience preferred

Active real estate license (or ability to obtain within first year; support available)

Strong financial and Excel-based modeling skills; familiarity with Argus, CoStar, or similar platforms a plus

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly

Adaptable, collaborative, and motivated to learn
