Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and achieve company goals

Surface Preparation: Cleaning and preparing components for coating, which may involve blasting or other methods

Masking: Protecting specific areas of the component from the coating process using masks, fixtures, or other materials

Coating Application: Applying thermal barrier coatings using specialized equipment such as manual, semi-automatic, or robotic spray systems

Cleaning and maintaining the tools and equipment used in the coating process

Following and completing work instructions and contributing to process improvement

Safety Adherence: Following safety procedures, especially when handling chemicals

Other duties as assigned

Required

High School Diploma

2+ year of relevant/technical work experience

Maintain an orderly and productive work environment

Ability to function in fast paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality

Ability to read and interpret CMM's

Strong attention to detail and precision

Excellent problem-solving skills

Good understanding of safety protocols and procedures

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

Associate's degree

4+ years of aviation maintenance experience
