Responsibilities
Develop and maintain cash flow templates to support audit processes and financial planning
Perform detailed cash flow roll-forward analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance
Track all project-related costs, including labor, materials, and overhead
Handle month-end close procedures, including preparation and reconciliation of financial statements
Conduct thorough balance sheet reconciliations to verify financial integrity
Execute cash reconciliations and monitor bank transactions for accuracy
Prepare and analyze journal entries to maintain the accuracy of the general ledger
Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audit processes
Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills to analyze financial data and create reports
Support accounting operations by applying knowledge of Sage Intacct and other financial systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in accounting or finance
Proven experience in cash flow management and financial analysis
Strong proficiency in account reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and reporting
Solid background in month-end close processes and journal entries
Familiarity with Sage Intacct or similar accounting software
Prior experience with external or internal audits is highly desirable
