Responsibilities

Manage and guide team members in their work
Develop complex SQL code to gather data from large datasets
Build advanced ML models (Classification, Continuous, Clustering etc) to help run optimized media campaigns
Perform deep-dive analyses to analyze trends in data and generate insights
Provide summarized, concise and clear findings and recommendations regularly to leadership
Work collaboratively with other team members on projects

Required

Experience in managing data science teams
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and PySpark
B.A. or B.S., preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or Data Science
Self-starter who is quick to learn and eager to contribute
Experience managing multiple, competing priorities, duties and/or projects
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills

Preferred

6+ years of experience preferred in Data Science
Background in digital media preferred but not required
