Responsibilities

Able to read and understand IE orders, pull sheets, diagrams and show sheets
Pull all equipment efficiently and correctly
Make suggestions to Project Managers as necessary when reviewing pull sheets
Organize and stage equipment with proper labeling
Stage subrentals with correct order
Load vehicles as needed
Unload vehicles as needed
QC all equipment that comes back to warehouse
Inform Warehouse Manager, Technical Director and Repair Technician of all equipment that comes back needing repair
Restock all equipment in its proper place
Knowledge of all items Majic owns and its location in the warehouse
Assist with shipping and receiving as directed by Warehouse Manager
Receive new equipment into inventory as directed by Warehouse Manager
Ability to consistently lift 50lbs+ throughout the day
Maintain forklift certification
Basic computer skills (jotforms, label making program, etc.)
Check and manage emails on a daily basis
Understand google drive/the google suite (Sheets, slides, etc.)
Knowledge of hand tools/basic power tools
Work at heights over 10' from lifts, ladders, etc
Active maintenance of all Majic vehicles
Drive Majic Vehicles as necessary to pick up or drop off equipment
Facility maintenance
Seasonal landscaping
Seasonal snow removal
Maintain consumable supplies and inform Warehouse Manager when an order is needed
Other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager
