Sales Administrator

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting sales proposals while supporting sales representatives with their daily tasks.

Provide support to our sales representatives with their day-to-day responsibilities
Process sales orders received directly from customers or partners
Provide daily follow-up and status to the sales team on new customer orders
Manage reporting for sales metrics
Operate our CRM system and various customer pricing models
Develop and maintain regular reports via the company’s accounting system and excel

Required

Must have 1+ years of office administrative experience required
Proficient in MS Office products
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
