Responsibilities
Handle and oversee day-to-day finance activities , ensuring accuracy and compliance
Supervise and guide Junior Finance Executives in their day-to-day tasks
Oversee bank reconciliations and validation of control accounts to ensure accuracy
Prepare and analyze periodic financial reports in compliance with regulations
Assist in preparing financial forecasts and budgets, supporting management in setting financial goals
Collaborate with auditors to ensure timely submission of accurate records and effective internal controls
Monitor and manage company cash flow, providing regular updates to management
Coordinate with other departments to facilitate seamless financial transactions
Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely collections and vendor payments
Evaluate and implement financial tools and systems such as QuickBooks to improve operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Proven experience in financial operations, reporting, and reconciliations
Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and compliance requirements
Proficiency in financial software tools and MS Excel
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
