Responsibilities
Operate multiple sizes and brands of heavy, aerial, water pump, and shoring equipment
Load and unload equipment safely off and onto trucks and trailers
Wash equipment
Check/inspect and communicate any damages when equipment is brought back
Perform minor repair/inspections and PM Services on the equipment
Work in all-weather types
Maintain great organizational and communication skills
Work with customers professionally and courteously
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma or equivalent
Must have a valid driver's license
General technical service skills, mechanical aptitude, or experience with construction or power equipment
Must be organized, self-motivated, and able to work without direct supervision and work flexible/Shift hours
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Some computer and software skills
Preferred
A college degree or continuing education in a technical field
Experience in construction or power equipment service and repair
