Litigation Attorney - Professional Liability
O'Hagan Meyer is seeking an associate attorney with 2+ years of professional litigation experience to join its Wilmington, DE office. This attorney should have experience in general commercial and professional liability litigation, particularly in healthcare and other specialized areas.

Responsibilities
Defend licensed professionals and institutions, including nursing homes, drug, alcohol and mental health treatment centers, and other specialty or skilled care facilities
Defend insurance agents and brokers, lawyers, architects, engineers and other licensed professionals
Defend multiple professional sports teams and organizations including USA Gymnastics and Boy Scouts of America
Defend hotels, motels and others in the hospitality industry
Qualification
Required
2+ years of professional litigation experience
Experience in general commercial and professional liability litigation (especially healthcare, ENO/DNO, specialty care and senior living litigation)
Experience in human trafficking and sexual abuse litigation
Experience in mass torts and class actions
