Product Flow Technician

They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Flow Technician to manage the flow and disposition of ribbon reels within their production environment, ensuring accuracy in queues and supporting operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to disposition all negative flow ribbons
Move dispositioned reels to their designated flow locations and ensure proper handling
Verify system accuracy by maintaining alignment between physical queues and system counts
Remove reject paperwork from ribbons after dispositioning to ensure proper documentation
Provide support to the Ribbon Staging Area Production Coordinator with daily tasks as needed
Monitor and enforce the policy that no ribbon reels with product are placed on the production floor
Short-Term Initiative: Work with Material Handlers to process overflow OOF, unprocessed ribbons, and production floor storage area ribbons

Required

Fluent in SAP, PI, and CoMet
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Quality, and Material Handling
Proficiency in managing physical and system-based inventory records
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred

Previous experience in production flow management or a related role is preferred
