Responsibilities
Provide general home services to customers
Lead a group of technicians
Perform bathroom upgrades/remodel
Conduct drywall repair/patching/caulking
Handle flooring repair and installation
Execute general carpentry
Perform general home repairs and handyman work
Manage kitchen repair/remodel
Conduct minor plumbing and electrical work
Paint interior and exterior surfaces
Qualification
Required
10 or more years of paid experience in general carpentry and handyman work
Experience in bathroom upgrades / remodel
Experience in drywall repair / patching/ caulking
Experience in flooring repair and installation
Experience in general carpentry
Experience in general home repairs and handyman work
Experience in kitchen repair / remodel
Experience in minor plumbing and electrical
Experience in painting interior and exterior
Proficient in various home repairs like carpentry, basic plumbing, drywall, painting, and basic electrical
Driver's license
Reliable vehicle
Standard tools
Legal citizen of the US
Fluent in English
