Ensure proper inspection, repairs and maintenance of community buildings and equipment
Troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) and Heating, Ventilation, Air Cooling (HVAC) systems
Interact with residents on a daily basis
Work on ongoing projects
Perform general inspections
Help turn over residences
Monitor building systems
Handle resident requests
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in HVAC, MEP, life safety and/or utility systems
Availability in afternoons to independently work on ongoing projects
