Lead, recruit, train, and mentor a team of outside commercial roofing sales representatives

Drive business development focused on event-driven (hail, hurricane, and storm) commercial roofing and restoration projects

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit goals

Manage pipelines, set performance benchmarks, and monitor team KPIs

Build and maintain long-term relationships with commercial, industrial, and institutional clients

Coordinate with estimating, operations, and project management teams to ensure project delivery excellence

Serve as the face of Champion in your assigned market—representing the brand with professionalism, integrity, and confidence
