Google Ads / SEM Manager
NPHub is a rapidly growing healthcare education and career platform with a mission to expand healthcare access in the U.S. As Google Ads / SEM Manager, you will play a critical role in driving NPHub’s growth by managing and optimizing paid search campaigns.

Responsibilities
Develop, launch, and manage paid media campaigns on platforms including Google and Bing to drive growth for NP student acquisition and NP candidates
Optimize campaigns daily to meet performance goals such as ROAS and lead acquisition, adjusting bids, audiences, creatives, and strategies as needed
Collaborate with the content and creative teams to ensure engaging, on-brand ad materials are utilized across campaigns
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, identifying insights and opportunities to improve
Oversee and adjust budgets to ensure the most efficient use of resources across multiple platforms
Stay updated on emerging PPC trends and incorporate best practices into ongoing campaigns
Qualification
Required
8-12 years of experience as a performance marketer, specifically in Google Search
Proven expertise in managing high-budget campaigns (at least $50k/monthly)
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to draw actionable insights from data
Experience driving DTC sales and leads
Excellent ad copywriting skills
Preferred
Experience in the healthcare or education sector or with driving lead gen is a plus
