Responsibilities

Build the AI Agent layer powering coaching and training experiences

Retrain and deploy computer vision models for real-time detection and regression on mobile devices

Contribute to stealth projects supporting 10x–100x growth initiatives

Develop synthetic video generation workflows using state-of-the-art tools

Collaborate with a biomechanics lab to push the boundaries of pose detection models

Required

1+ years of experience in software engineering (open to early-career, experienced, or exceptional new grads)

Strong track record at high-talent density companies or top academic programs

Experience building and deploying AI agents, integrating multimodal inputs (video, structured data), and managing model workflows (prompting, fine-tuning, evaluation)

Solid full-stack engineering skills with ability to build end-to-end applications quickly

Strong communication skills, adaptability, and collaborative mindset
