Responsibilities
Implement a functional SSAS environment
Building and re-designing a set of reports that need to transition to an analysis services environment
Work with our customer’s technical team to identify initial requirements
Apply tabular, relational, and multidimensional data modeling methodologies
Transform raw data into meaningful business decisions and pre-aggregate data for optimal results
Document logical and physical data models
Document and update reporting environment data model
Develop new reports based on customer requirements
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 10 years of overall professional experience and a master's degree (or 12 years of experience and a bachelor's degree)
The ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
Define and develop new reporting and data queries using SQL, SSAS, and SSIS
Experience building both star and snowflake schemas
Working knowledge of tabular, relational, and multidimensional data models
Working knowledge of AWS and/or Azure cloud environments
Experience building complex dashboards and reports with Power BI
Expert-level understand of ETL, data pipeline, and data warehousing concepts
Self-starter able to work independently and within a team
Flexibility and the ability to react to rapidly changing requirements
Preferred
Experience generating data models and analytics of a financial nature including budgeting, financial management, or personnel environment
Preferred VA experience
