Regional Sales Executive
Corestream is a fast-growing financial and benefits technology company seeking a Regional Sales Executive to drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth in the Western Region. The role involves building strategic relationships with employee-benefits brokers and key HR decision-makers, while consistently achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
Sales Revenue Generation: Prospect, qualify, and close new enterprise accounts via cold outreach, broker collaboration, and referrals
Broker Partnerships: Cultivate and manage relationships with benefits brokers aligned to target accounts; collaborate on joint sales initiatives and team selling calls
Product Demos: Deliver engaging virtual and in-person demos of the Corestream platform, articulating clear value propositions to HR and broker stakeholders
Stay Organized: Maintain rigorous activity logging, opportunity updates, forecasting accuracy, and KPI tracking in our CRM
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to tailor proposals and relay market feedback
Quota Achievement: Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets while contributing to team best practices and knowledge sharing
Qualification
Required
3–6 years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience, ideally in voluntary benefits, insurance-adjacent services, or SaaS
Demonstrated ability to self-source leads and close deals with an average ACV of ~$100K
Confident demoing SaaS platforms and rapidly masters new tools
Receptive to coaching, metrics obsessed, and process oriented
Excellent verbal and written skills; strong relationship-building prowess
Willingness to travel ~40% across the Western U.S
Demonstrated quota attainment while building lasting broker relationships
Proven ability to self-source pipeline and drive opportunities to close
Strategic planning and execution within a defined geographic region
Able to craft tailored value propositions and navigate complex sales cycles
Thrive in cross-functional teamwork with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and other departments
