Manage reservations, guest profiles, and communications through our PMS and guest messaging platforms
Prepare and serve Hotel Royal Oak's curated craft cocktail menu
Deliver consistent, high-quality beverage presentation and service
Upsell cocktails, wine, beer, and experiential offerings
Maintain bar cleanliness, inventory awareness, and service standards
Maximize tip opportunities through elevated hospitality and engagement
Qualification
Required
Outstanding customer service background (hotel, cocktail lounge, restaurant, or upscale hospitality preferred)
Strong cocktail service or bar experience with proven tip performance
Professional appearance and polished communication skills
High energy, outgoing personality with emotional intelligence
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
Evening availability with consistent weekend commitment
Team-oriented mindset with personal accountability
